Jae identifies as transgender and uses male pronouns. He doesn't take testosterone, has had a full hysterectomy, and a double mastectomy with male chest reconstruction. He hates when people ask if he is transitioning or transitioned or when he will transition. He is as he is now in the moment and has no plans to make other physical alterations to his body. He loves going to the barber especially when she shaves the back of his neck and puts bay rum after shave on him. Always makes him smile. His biggest tattoo is a whale that represents his younger cousin who shot himself in the head and died on Jae's birthday. He wailed. The whale is also Jae's spirit animal. The whale represents emotional creativity, well-being, nurturing, being super perceptive as well as emotional depth. Jae is working on becoming a master of navigating, communicating and conserving his emotions. Jae is a Certified Massage Therapist and Master Health Educator. Jae loves being naked and is extremely immodest. He identifies as gay and is married to his best friend who he will have been with for 7 years this February 2016.
